With this acquisition, MANNARINO is entering a new chapter for the organization and we fully expect it to spawn on-going growth for all stakeholders and further our ambition to be the supplier of choice for all of our customers.  MANNARINO will operate as a standalone subsidiary of Scalian Group with the mandate to continue to deliver the wide array of engineering and certification services and products to our customers and execute our operational plans.

John Mannarino and the entire management team remain in place, as will all the MANNARINO staff.  Our focus is to ensure a seamless transition moving forward.
