Hosted by MGen Jeff Smyth, Chief Air & Space Force Development, in collaboration with CADSI
You are invited to join the Royal Canadian Air Force for the inaugural Boreas Forum, a half-day engagement bringing together leaders from industry, academia, and government to align around a refresh of the RCAF Strategy.
Together, we will explore how whole-of-nation, multi-sector collaboration can accelerate delivery of the RCAF’s objectives—focusing on digital and data foundations, pan-domain command and control, and the people, culture, and innovation required to achieve operational relevance for continental defence by 2028. Featuring a keynote address by Tom Jenkins, setting the tone for a discussion on building a coalition for operational advantage.
This forum is intended to enable strategic alignment and shared understanding; individual projects and procurement opportunities will not be discussed.
