TAKE NOTICE that the Annual General Meeting of members of the Canadian Association of Defence and Security Industries (the Association) will be held virtually on April 2, 2025, at 13:00 ET for the purpose of:

Receiving and considering the Annual Report of the Association

• Reviewing the financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2024
• Appointing Baker Tilly as the Association’s Public Accountant (Auditor)
• Affirming individuals to the Board of Directors
• Addressing any other business properly brought before the meeting
