TAKE NOTICE that the Annual General Meeting of members of the Canadian Association of Defence and Security Industries (the Association) will be held virtually on April 24th, 2024, at 13:00 ET for the purpose of:
 

1. Receiving and considering the Annual Report of the Association;
2. Receiving and considering the Association’s financial statements for the financial year ended December 31, 2023;
3. Appointment of Baker Tilly as the Association’s Public Accountant (i.e., the Auditor);
4. Affirming individuals to the Board of Directors of the Association; and
5. Transacting such other business as may properly come before the meeting.

Further communications providing appropriate supporting links and documentation will be issued to all registered members closer to the event day.
