Please be vigilant if approached by any company or service that implies or claims to be an official housing provider for CANSEC or any CADSI event. We have been made aware of a few housing companies and/or travel agencies that may be aggressively pursuing you or your company to book guest rooms through their company at seemingly significant discounts. The advertised rates they promote are false, and more often than not, the reservation(s) are a scam. The only methods to book your rooms for any CADSI event are: (a) to use the channels listed on our website, and (b) make on your own arrangements individually and directly with a hotel. Official CANSEC/CADSI hotels will not contact or you in any fashion to make your hotel bookings. If you are contacted by one of these pirate companies, please notify CADSI immediately and take note of the name of the alleged company. CADSI does not use third-party companies or travel agencies for any event.

We have been made aware of a few housing companies and/or travel agencies that may be aggressively pursuing you or your company to book guest rooms through their company at seemingly significant discounts. The advertised rates they promote are false, and more often than not, the reservation(s) are a scam. The only methods to book your rooms for any CADSI event are: (a) to use the channels listed on our website, and (b) make your own arrangements individually and directly with a hotel. Official CANSEC/CADSI hotels will not contact or you in any fashion to make your hotel bookings. If you are contacted by one of these pirate companies, please notify CADSI immediately and take note of the name of the alleged company.
