Implementing Russian sanctions
The United States, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, the United Kingdom, and the European Union (the G7) have published, for the first time ever, joint guidance for industry on implementing the export controls and sanctions imposed on Russia following its full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
Defence Procurement Review Update
A Defence Procurement Review led by PSPC has now been in progress for one year. During that time, while Ms. Harty, who leads the initiative, has made herself available to companies and CADSI, industry has not yet seen any details, including in writing, about how procurement rules and approaches may be changed.
